That toad is definitely Death-Eater material. Like Voldemort said it, you have to mean it. She does, the way she treated Harry with her blood quill during detention.

Albus and Severus had a taste of the Dark Arts but they came back from them, so I don't think they would go back to them once more.

Lupin, Dumbledor and McGonnagal are completely out of the question.

Snape: I think he's proved himself by now
Lockhart: Not evil, Evils not good for his image(not that the Death Eaters would take him)

She is certainly capable not to mention able to use the unforgivables with out flinching but justifying
