I think every single character in, Hetalia is special, because the country they represent is special as well. France is the country of love, which is why he's such a romantic character. He knows how to love people and is kind to everyone close to him. In episode 5 of the beautiful you can see that France is a very strong character, he still knows how to smile after going through a lot, this is what makes him and everyone else in Hetalia beautiful.

France knows what love is.....He can actually care sometimes.... He might be to clingy or too pervertish but at least he knows what love is....
