Put simply: Yes she is still stuck there.
Since Peter & Co. stopped the Shanti virus outbreak, the future was changed so from that point onwards, the future Caitlin was in ceased to be. However, it's possible that a character could go back in time to before the outbreak was stopped, when it was still a possible future and THEN travel forwards to that future to "rescue" her.
But as it stands, she must have just sort of... ceased to exist.

No the laws of tiem travel prevent that. If they went back the forward it would be the future they already know because the even of stopping the virus has still happened. If they wished to save her they would need to let the virus go off.

yeah, that's kinda what I meant, but the stopping of the outbreak was a moment that changed the future, so before it happened the future was always going to be the outbreak one... if that makes sense - so any time before it was actually stopped would be a time that assumed the outbreak was going to happen.

(So confusing) But either way, I don't really care that much so I'm not gonna overthink about it lol

She is stuck in a future that doesn't exist *in the current Heroes timeline* but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist in an alternate timeline...?
