Was the "jump, push, fall" test inaccurate?

In real life, the jump-push-fall test isn't incredibly accurate. It's only goal is to use the trajectory of the body to determine whether it is more likely that a person fell, jumped, or was pushed from a height. It doesn't take into consideration other variable such as weather or the peri-mortem state of the victim (if someone were barely conscious, it would be far easier to push them from a window, allowing them to land farther out). In reality, the possible trajectory from a body that jumped and a body that was pushed would be so close together that the results would be easily confused.

if you think it's accurate then it is but if you think it's not acccurate then it is not. your not missing anything. you decide and if you think your missing something then your missing something but it think your not missing something then your not. it makes sense
