There were a few, actually! But I'll chose the house-elves' storyline. Dobby got his, but Kreature was hardly in the films and Winky wasn't in them at all. And Hermione's whole S.P.E.W. thing was missing as well. So, all of that is my narrowed down answer.

I was going to say Severus Snape - he is my favorite character and he didn't deserve to go the way he did. However, his death and the scenes/parts that came after and because of it were so beautiful and perfect. I am torn.
