Soulmates and Meant to Be pretty much are the same thing - Whether it's through friendship or romance or what have you, both refer to an intense, intimate connection that draws two people together, so they're interchangeable. =D

They're soulmates because of the experiences they have gone through make them both old souls. that and they perfect each other. But I basically agree with everyone else.

They make the movies about the books, so Harmony can't be a canon couple.
