Well, I have an idea for an HM move:
Magma Wave
Type-Fire, Physical attack, Power-90, Accuracy-100, PP-10, Adjacent range, Long distance move, not a direct attack
May burn the targets. Outside of battle, helps you to swim across lava.

Tornado rush
Type-wind,
Attack Nature-Physical attack

Accuracy-80

Direct attack,charges at opponent while being surrounded by a tornado.

New Ability: Flare Veil (thanks for the idea Taika!)
What it does: In Double/Triple battles, it prevents all ally Pokémon from taking damage from Fire type moves or from the Burned status. (why am I coming up with so much Fire type stuff? XP)

Outlet Drain:
Type-Electric, Status move, self range
Lowers user's HP, but maximizes Special Attack. So it's basically like Belly Drum, but with Sp. Attack. Exclusive to Plektrik and Joltergiest.

Pokemon spins in a very fast and powerful spiral,then hits opponent.

Type: Fairy
Power: 80
Accurancy: ---
Effect: The user shots shining arrows straight at the tagret. If it's a Double or a Triple battle, the attack will hit all the opponents. This move never misses.

Frigid Wind
Type: Wind, Weather move, Accuracy=100, Adjacent range, Long-distance move, indirect attack
The user sets off a cold windstorm that lasts 5 turns. Ice-type attacks are powered up during this time.

Power:50

The user envelops the target in lightning for three straight turns and may cause paralysis

Type: Dark
Power: ---
Accuracy: ---
Effect: The user secretly sets a trap. If the user is hit by a physical move on the next turn, the Pokemon that landed the hit won't be able to make another physical move for 5 turns.

Crystal Spire
Type: Rock, Physical attack, Power: 100, Accuracy: 95%, Normal range, Not long-distance, direct attack
The Pokémon fights using a crystallized horn or claw like a lance. (I was thinking it could be a move exclusive to Straiten.)

Type: Normal(or Dark), Physical attack, Power: 40, Accuracy: 90% Normal range, not long-distance, direct attack
On the first turn, the user dodges its opponent's attack. (Always goes first) Then, on the second turn, it launches its own attack.

All Ghost-type attacks become ineffective against the Pokémon. (Thought it would fit Gallatine)

Effect: The user hits its target with its poisonous leg. It may leave the target badly poisoned.

Gale-Force (Ability):
All Normal-type attacks used by the Pokemon become Wind-type.

Blowout
Type: Wind, Special Attack, Power: 80, Accuracy: 100%, All others range, long-distance, indirect attack
The Pokémon does damage and also switches all opponents out of battle. Power is weaker when it hits multiple opponents. Does not switch out opponents with higher levels than itself.

Type: Wind, Physical attack, Power: 65, Accuracy: 95%, Normal range, not long-distance, direct attack
The user pins down the target with powerful winds. Hits opponents that are using Fly or Bounce and stops their attack. (Like Smack Down, only Wind-type)

The Pokemon slashes the target with unearthly power. (Exclusive to Gallatine)

Accuracy:80

Info:User blows a circle of wind around the opponent,causing a Gail.

Info on cuts:Gails are a wind-based status condition which takes five hp every turn from a poke'mon who gets it.Even if you have Gail,you can get it again,adding five more to the damage you take every turn.The limit to how many Gails you can cause,is based off of the target's Max hp.

Core Blocker (Ability):
All Fire-type attacks become ineffective against the Pokemon. (Thought it would fit Straiten, since he channels the power of Pokearth's core, and therefore would take no damage from heat or magma.)
