In the ending of Gundam Seed Destiny Final Plus, Kira joined ZAFT (Because Lacus is the new chairman of ZAFT), Athrun stayed in ORB Union ( Because Cagalli is the new leader of ORB Union) and Shinn STAYED in ZAFT(Maybe because of Lunamaria?...joke:P).
