So I’m a Dutch girl who’s trying to write English and absolutely sucks at it. But I have to write an English story for my English class and I’m just trying to find out what kind a story I’m going to write, so I’ve made a few sketches of a storyline. And out of boredom I’m placing this one here. I liked the Idea, I’m just no good in making it work. So, yeah, you don’t have to comment :P

P.s; They're only eight years old in this fic :P

--------------------------------------------------

“And do you, Blair Waldorf, take Nathaniel Archibald as your husband?” He had repeated the words over and over, knowing that one day they’d be formal. She’d be wearing a beautiful, long, white dress. Everyone’s eyes would be focused on her angel-like appearance, while the orchestra would be playing the traditional march.
And he? He’d be standing at the altar. As the best man.
A grimace crossed Chuck’s face, while he looked how Blair, covered in an old dress her mother had once made for her, leaned towards Nate and kissed him joyfully on his cheek. Serena jumped up and started making pictures with her stepdads camera, which the old guy thought he had lost.
“Are we done playing dress up?” Chuck said, hiding his sourness with boredom. He wanted to be the one that Blair kissed. The one that she dressed up for. The one she couldn’t stop talking about. But he wasn’t. Because Nate, his best friend, seemed to have more potential to be a good boyfriend.
Of course it was Nate who had introduced them to each other, but the boy already had everything. A good name, a nice look (even for a eight year old), a caring Dad and even a Mom. Why did he had to have the one girl Chuck deeply, deeply wanted? Nate didn’t even love her. Not the way he did. Nate took her for granted, he would never do that. And still Blair seemed to be happy. No, worse; she seemed to be blissful.
“We aren’t playing dress up,” Blair snapped at him. “We’re preparing for the future.” She lifted her small chin a little, while her dark, beautiful eyes looked at him, still glimmering from the kiss.
“Well are we done preparing for the future then,” he asked, rolling his eyes. “This game is getting dull.” He ignored Blair’s little protest and turned to Nate. “Why don’t we go look for some amusement?” He grinned at the thought of one ten year old girl that was walking somewhere downstairs at the party. She was no Blair Waldorf, but still she was a girl.

The limo was driving slowly, just like he asked for. His eyes were closed while he pictured Blair wearing her beautiful white dress at the age of twenty-five. He had never understood why, but she always said that she wanted to get married when she was twenty-five. Nate was standing at the altar, but now he was just the best man. Chuck himself was the important guy that was standing in front of the pastor.
He smiled at his little dream, while he was slowly drifting away, not knowing that he would forget his love for Blair in only a few years, and not realising that his love for the little girl would grow stronger the time it came back.

Nan Zhang
Nan Zhang
You know, that Asian-looking girl who sometimes hangs out with Blair... but is she really Asian?
Well, her name is 'Kati' and it might sound a bit Japanese, but actually it's a Hungarian name.(Hungary is a small Eastern European country)
Her surname is 'Farkas'(source: imdb), which is also a Hungarian word. It means 'wolf'.
So the question is: why does an Asian actress (Nan Zhang) play a Hungarian character? Probably the creators thought 'Kati' must be a Japanese name LoL
But I'm really glad that I've found something Hungarian on Gossip Girl cause I'm from Hungary, too...:)
---I had to share this... LoL---

sorry this is late, i lost my internet for a while, but now i'm back and ready to do a review.

_______________________________________________
okay so i think i can honestly put the shortest review i've ever done.

Chuck- *sighs* Chuck you made me scream basically the whole time you were on screen, although that's nothing out of the norm, i'd say it was times 10 in this episode. The guy who threw the fuirt Drink should die.
and you know, idk what Chuck's feelings toward's Vanessa, but i so wanted to smack him when he grabbed her hand. wtf? O_o ugh VC is so random, even for a friendship. ugh. i...
