We thought we'd give a few suggestions that could be useful when you write your letters.

- Write what issues you have with the show. It's great when people write eloquently, but that's not completely necessary. It doesn't have to be in perfect English or even that long. Just write what you feel, because that's the most important thing. You can even just send a postcard with a short note on it if you want.

- Make a copy of your letter and send it as an email too. Even though we think physical letters will work better, there's still no harm in sending emails as well.

- Write "The Headband Project" on the front of the envelope. That way we can make them aware of the fact that there is a campaign. The CW probably get letters from many upset fans, but perhaps not so frequently. Therefore, they might not take them so seriously, and don't even bother to read them all. However, if they receive many letters with the same title on them, it might catch their attention.

- If you don't live in the States, send your letter five or seven days earlier, to make sure it arrives about the same time as the others. However, if you don't get a chance to send it or maybe forget to do it, send it anyway. It's not the worst thing if some of them arrive later than we wanted. The reason why we prefer that they do, is because we think it will be more effective.

Also: die Briefe kommen noch am selben Tag, spätestens aber am nächsten Morgen ins Flugzeug und brauchen dann 3 bis 5 Tage um ausgeliefert zu werden. Mein Postmensch meinte eben zu mir, dass bei LA ein Umschlagsposten von der Post ist, dementsprechend sollten die Briefe dann gleichzeitig mit denen von den anderen Headbands Girls hier ankommen. Wer noch einen Korrekturleser brauch, kann sich per Message hier über GGI bei mir melden.
