I don't understand what blair means in this scene?

Chuck and Nate had a "Lost week-end" with alchool and girls, and one of this girls was wearing one of Blair's lingerie, and she saw her. So she joked with him and told him that if he gave her lingerie again to someone, she will wear flannel instead of the lingerie.
