Well lets first establish who can dance well:
Hyo,Yuri,Yoon, and Soo.
Out of these four who can actually sing well:
yuri,soo
Now who can sing:tae,jess,sun,seo,tif
now who can dance and be sexy: sun, seo
Now we have Yuri,Sooyoung,Sunny, and Seohyun, so for good measure we can add Hyoyeon sense she is the best dancer.
Hyoyeon- she can bring the power that comes from this dance
Yuri-she can move her body pretty fluid and make the dance very sexy
Sooyoung- she can at least sing and still dance well enough to be sexy, her advantage is her agile body that is very rhythmic
Sunny- she can sing well and her facial expressions and body movements can help in this situation
Seohyun- this is better then the alternatives she "can" do both well, or Yoona could take this spot
Why Not?
Taeyeon- her dancing skills cant keep up with this, but her voice would be fine
Jessica-its because of consistent lazy performances, her "dance" skills and expression during the show keeps me from adding her to the list
Yoona- she could be switched out with Seohyun, but Seohyun can at least sing better
Tiffany- the choreography would be a big deal for her
