Not at all tbh. I knew it was coming ever since this season started. When she burned Varys, I knew there was no going back for her. Tyrion isn't good enough for her, she needs someone like Jorah, to help her see reason. Someone who was there with her before she rose to power.

Absolutely not. Her character has been building to this point.

Not surprised she went evil. But honestly, not even I expected she’d single-mindedly target civilians the way she did. It’s totally in line with her writing and development, but I was shocked.

No I saw that coming ever since Missandei was beheaded, the look on her face and how much she had lost at that point, it was clear that she would want to destroy the city.

However I still did think for one second that it looked like she was actually going to let them surrender.

But that have been VERY clear about her going mad since this season started

I expected her to make morally bad choices this episode and that she would do a lot of burning down, but I thought she would do that BEFORE the battle was decided because she wants the Iron Throne too madly. I also expected that to involve many innocents dying. However, after the city had already surrendered and when I saw Dany's expression, I thought she would fly Drogon straight to the Red Keep and that she would only go for Cersei and those closest to her for vengeance, not that she would THEN burn lots of civillians for no gain whatsoever... I like the story arc that Dany becomes kind of a villain because she goes too far with her aggression, but I thought in this specific situation it was too over the top. If it had been FIRST Dany burning parts of the city, THEN the city surrendering and after that Dany executing Cersei (and perhaps some other important people left), I would have found the plot completely understandable.

I don't know how many times it needs pointed out: she did precisely what she promised to do years ago. She finished what Drogo promised to start. And the themes of destruction are pretty heavy in her chapters and show scenes alike.
