Ed and Vengeance had set out to save people. Vengeance suddenly stopped walking. "Smoke!" she cried. She began running and Ed followed her. They soon saw a house that was ablaze and there was a man and woman outside. The man held the woman, who was crying. Vengeance frowned. "A child is inside!" she ran to the door and through the flames. She looked around the yellow and orange flames. She heard a young girl crying. She saw the stairs. They were engulfed in flames. She narrowed her eyes. "It's now or never..." she muttered as she ran forward and did a series of flips over the flames. She saw a door halfway open. The crying was louder. She ran to the door and went into the room. She saw a young girl that was about 4. She ran to the girl and picked her up. She said over the sound of the flames, "Don't worry! I'm getting you out of here!" she ran to the stairs and set the girl down gently. She held her hands together and the flames moved from the stairs. She grabbed the girl and ran down the stairs. She ran out of the house just as it exploded. She ran to the man and woman and the woman picked up her daughter. She cried, "I was so worried!" To Vengeance she said, "Thank you so much for saving Amy! Do you know where we can go?" Vengeance smirked. "I'll fix your house for you. I am Feral Alchemist after all." She then turned and held her hands together and the flames dissolved. The rubble slowly reformed into the house, The furniture and everything inside was whole again. The family thanked her one more time and went inside. Vengeance and Ed walked down the street. He said, "How'd you save that girl?" She replied, "I'm good with fire. I will teach you that skill one day. But now we have to get back to Mustang. We have a mission."
