It mentions the "prophecy," which was removed from the story. It also makes it seem as if Elsa shot Anna's heart on purpose instead of on accident.

Oh, I love listening this song, but my answer is no. This song have been made for an "another Frozen", it was in the first story line, where Elsa would be a villain, Anna already would married to Hans, there was a prophecy, the sisters woulld quarreled with each other....ect. So it doesn't fit to the "final Frozen."

I think the "prophecy" is from the actual movie The Snow Queen, I don't know I've never seen it, and Elsa may have been trying to block Anna from going any further but instead accidentally hit her in the heart. But really half the reason I think so is because I like this song better than the reprise.

If only Frozen had followed the original draft...

Like, Life's too short can start before For the first time in forever (reprise). After the song "Life's too short", Elsa will say "I'm just trying to protect you, Anna" and then FTFTIF (reprise) starts
