Just dumb.

So... a hoard of zombies in this universe can regularly barge through solid fencing and even glass... but a hastily fashioned sheet fort or a rotten wooden fence keeps them at bay... I shall remember this when the zombie apocalypse hits, and every time I watch a new episode of FTWD, I am praying harder and harder for that apocalypse.

Nothing has happened this season. Each episode they realise they don't have the resources to build a plane (I can't wait until someone realises they don't have the fucking knowledge or skills either; that'll be a fucking wild episode) and then they have the same conversation with the child army. Thrilling.

All the 'heartfelt' conversations were so fucking hollow. There is no substance to this show anymore. Are we really being expected to believe that Althea has fallen so deeply in love with her one-night campfire stand that her heart aches when they spent 99% of their time together being insufferable assholes? Does June really have no follow up questions here? A supposedly trusted member of your 'family' has just revealed they have met a mystery person out here in the wilderness who she can never, ever see again for reasons she can't share (and doesn't fully understand), and June doesn't think to say, "Um, what the fuck Althea?". Surely the response isn't "awwwwww yeah I nonsensically love someone random too let's bond over it while our friends die" - it's to find out what the fuck actually happened because it could either kill or save your whole 'family', which now actually includes an army of children you have demanded acquiesce to your 'help'.

I hope Alicia dies. She is now just (the worst version of) Morgan 2.0. Alycia can move on to much better things. Very confused and disappointed that this garbage has been renewed for a 6th season. Can't believe I'm saying that for a show I hardcore loved for it's first three seasons.
