On the home page the other day I noticed the background was an ad, and that irritates me a little, but I'm never on the homepage so whatevs. I have noticed a couple pop-ups, which I haven't seen until recently.

They do those themed front pages because they think it's fun and different (plus they get paid). But I see it as more of a fun thing to notice each day like "Ooooo, this is different and cool" and then I go about my daily Fanpopping.

Yeah the ones on the main page that are all backgroundy. It's obnoxious because also the spots for the adverts are there. THATS what gets to me most of all.

No offense to the fanpop four it's just I thought I'd see what y'all think

i'm sure they won't take offense dramallama, if you look at it from a buisness point of view you are giving them feedback from a customer point of view on their site....that is if they see this pick, if it really bothers you maybe you should tell them as stuff that puts you off may put of potential new fans :)

i don't really mind but if i don't often check out sites with loads of stuff going on so just something to think aboot f4 :)

Espeacally the imvu one where the boy and girl on ontop of eachother making out. And I got in trouble beacause my father came in as they were making out.

I really thought it wouldn't matter. But to my dad, he HATES sexual things and all that. Which really pisses me off.

And I am really tired of hearing the same lecture EVERYDAY.

FireFox ad-blocker can really help you out with that. I've had it for over a year and I honestly can't remember the last time I saw an advertisement on the net.

If you get the ad-blocker, you won't ever have the IMVU advert on your screen and won't get in trouble with your dad.
