Nothing different happens. You can't change the banner and icon of a club after the spot is promoted from pending, no matter if you are the creator or not. After it's promoted, you can then "suggest images", which is what everyone else can do from day one. The staff and/or moderators then review the suggested image and make the change as appropriate.

well, if it turns to an official spot you cant change the banner or icon

but what happens before that? before, when it's not a full spot

nothing really, as far as i know no matter how long you leave it you will still be the creator and can still change the image

if you leave it and it gets some attention and the fans want to change themselves they would have to send a personal message to papa and ask him

Nothing happens, whether the spot is penidn or not.
I do know also that once you have a certain number of fans in a spot (not sure if it's 10 or 20) you also canNOT alter the name of the spot. NO, not even the creator of the spot. The description of the spot can however be changed as often as you change your underwear!
