while it's annoying, i see no reason to ban these people, it may be sad but i ain't gona want to arrest someone asking for friends in the street....might run away from them but you know i see know harm in these strange people

I don't think banning them would work anyway, never mind it being over the top, but I stillk would like it to stop.
