Do you hate people that just rate your contributions as 1 and don't even say why?

Lately, on the Music fanclub, there has been a user who has rudely rated almost every single video as 1. I've seen ratings go from 5 to 3 because of this person. Normally, I don't care about things like this and I just continue to make contributions to the Music fanclub. But now, after it being done for quite a while, this user is starting to get on my nerves.

So now I have two questions;

Don't you find this type of thing just aggravating?

And...

Is there a way I can report this to Fanpop? Because I heard that if you rate something 1 and don't leave an explanation as to why, it would be considered trolling.
