How can you tell who made a spot?

hello again...

you can't. you can ask on the spot and see if someone knows. sometimes the first images/links added to the spot will give you a clue so you could try messaging that person (if they are still active..the random spot has been around for quite a while now)
if you want to change the banner/icon..well you know where to find the answer to that by now, dont you? =P
