why isnt meebo im showing up on my page?

okay so yesterday i came on signd in and the meebo im thing at the botten of the page wasnt there...

then i hoped that it would be on today when i got on but agin it wasnt...

why is this happening??

and is it happening to other ppl besides me???

please aweser asap...
