Fanpop Question

Are Fanpop's staff and moderators still active today?

This may be a really bad question... but just here me out for bit.

I've been contacting them over the report of an account I made when I was extremely naive and little containing sensitive information (at least, that I consider) in it.

Up to this point I have gotten absolutely no response from them.

I'm wondering if this is out of inactivity or that I'm being left seen on purpose.

Any thoughts?

Oh. Yet for some reason, the official account's most recently liked tweet was just from December of 2020. Shouldn't they be obligated to not just leave the site unmoderated? :< This just sounds unreliable.

I kind of agree. I think that the mods should be around or that they should appoint someone new to be a mod if they don't have the time. It keeps things running more smoothly imo.

Tbh I think that a bot/AI program runs that account. Tbh I don't quite remember. It's been at least a year or two now.

Maybe messaging one of their profiles here gets more of a response than using the official contacting channel?

And where in the site said member went to speak? Because I don't really think it would make so much sense to set up a Contact page only for members to find out themselves that they would have a better time reaching out to you elsewhere.

It was yorkshire_rose who mentioned speaking to one of them, in a comment 12 days ago. I don't know when or how she contacted them though.
