I need a program to edit & color my own icons but don't know any! Can someone give me some good programs?

I usually use photoshop, but Gimp is a free alternative if you`re more about hue/saturation changes. Otherwise you can type in google 'photo editor online' and there will be plenty of sites to choose from. :)
