Fanpop Question

I could really use a hand.

There has been this user who has been really awful to many users. He says awful things through PMs (I have since blocked him) and in the answers section and then deletes them so he can't get in trouble. And when myself and other users try to defend ourselves he threatens suicide or self harm. As far as I know this is a serious form of psychological abuse. link (replace "if you leave me I'll kill myself" with "if you fight back I'll kill myself" and you have what he's doing). And he has pulled this very stunt on quite a few users. link

I've already reported him so have others. But nothing is getting done. He makes me extremely uncomfortable and I don't know what to do about him.
I told him that we can just ignore each other but he keeps making questions about me and commenting on my stuff. And if I say anything back he pulls the "I'll cut myself" card.

I'm really stuck here, please help.

I already talked to cliff and i received no answer whatsoever. Now I'm at phase 3: verbal brutality.

Are you print-screening the abusive comments and including the images as evidence in your report? Normally this sort of stuff gets dealt with quite rapidly when that's done - from what I've heard; I've no personal experience.

Yes, I made a forum for that exact purpose. However I took them down because he started threatening suicide if I didn't. They're still on my computer though. Usually they do respond to me but this time they haven't and crazily enough this guy is the most vicious troll yet. He's very tricky because he's done this to many users but he scared them into not posting the screencaps and he deletes the evidence.
