HELP! PROBLEM WITH ACCOUNT!!

ive already sent a message but i think i sent it to the wrong place i just dont know anymore. the thing is i cant access my account dont know what happen even though it says im not sign in my chat still works and when i try to sign in it says either my name o pass is incorrect which i know 4 sure is not. i would really apreciate if someone could explain i just wanna know what happen im already accepting the fact that i lost that account and made a new one but still wanna know if i was bloked, reportes or if it was just bad luck.
