It's just a temporary glitch. Something similar happened a few days ago, and people were able to post again in forums within a day. I think it's caused by the F4 making some changes to the site.
I did not have that problem but my friend Kathi
(GDragon612) had that problem.
But it will soon be solved just like the wall
problem we had few days ago.
