Can someone explain why this spot looks different form every other spot?

well thats an ad :)
im not sure though why its visible there and not here. usually these ads appear on the front page only. also sometimes the ads you see depend on the country youre in.
i have ad block so i dont really see ads on fanpop at all but this time i see it on both the kate perry spot and on the homepage. maybe its something tageted at young people..or music lovers? no idea what "chocolate touch" is.
or its an error :P
normally they disappear after a few days though...
the only people to answer this are probably one of the f4. *shrug*
