Fanpop Question

Why can't I watch video's anymore?

I used to have no problem watching video's, but now whenever I try watch a video I get this message:
'Oops, something went wrong. You may need to try again.

If the problem persists, please help Fanpop out by e-mailing contact@fanpop.com and describe what you were doing when you received this message.'

I toughed I'd ask here first, before sending them an email.

make sure you give them as much information as possible aboot the error: when it started, what OS and browser you use, if it happens every time or just sometimes etc.
if the problem persists and you cant watch anything for days you might want to consider contacting one of the f4 directly. sometimes stuff gets lost in the queue of bug reports, inquiries etc.
i think its a good idea you asked other users first to see if its a general problem *salutes* so maybe someone else will comment having the same problem and that always helps to narrow it down. sorry i couldnt be more helpful..

Thanks for your answer! The problem seems to have magically disappeared, so I'm enjoying lots of video's again. Hope the error stays away.
