Fanpop Question

If you want the banner or icon of a spot changed and you are not the maker of that spot ... what is the proper way to request it be changed..?

I know you can ask the maker of the spot to change it but what if you dont know who the maker is?
And I know you can contact one of the F4 .. but is that what they really want you to do..and if so, then do you have to do a pick first?

Any info on this would be helpfull, thanks!

yeah just make a pick suggesting banner and spot icons and allowing people to add their own have it up for about a week or so and then send a message to the F4 with the link to the banner and icon, i dont know if there is another way to do it, but thats have ive done it before, unless there has been no action on the spot and the icon and banner are very dated then just send a request to the F4 with a bunch of links so they can choose weather they want it changed or not!
