How do you get medals?

Well I know how to. You have to contribute to clubs and I've contributed lots of things to the Hello Kitty club and I didn't get a medal. Can someone please help me? I'm new here.

yes but I didn't make a new question which was asked 50 times before because I can search the site which is probably hard for some people
