Fanpop Question

My IM doesn't work anymore.

Anything i can do to fix it? Its been not working for 3 weeks now. I want to talk to people but i can't it won't let me send things or put a status. Is my only option is to make a new account? i hope not cause i don't wanna make another one

1) go to "tools" up the top of ur internet explorer page and click on "pop up blocker" then select "turn off pop up blocker"

2) if that doesnt work, it could be a glitch in the fanpop system. if thats what it is, it should be fixed soon.

3) or maybe its on a network (like my school's) that actually automatically blocks chatrooms and chat windows. in that case, u cant do a thing!

fanpop is aware of the problems people have been having and opened ^that forum. give a detailed description of your problem with IM so they can try to fix it.
