No, your article will stay on that club, even if you unsubscribe from that club. Even if you were to delete your fanpop account (no idea why you would want to do that though), your article will stay there for everyone to see. The only one able to delete your article, is either you or an admin.
Last time i checked no i dont think it will but you will not get a medal in that club i Tested it out once well If you "unsubscribe" from the club your most likely lose the medal progress so no it wont get Deleted
