How to see the IM Chat on the bottom of the fanpop site??

Hey guys

I can't see this chat but I would love to talk to my friends. Does anyone know what's wrong here? Can you help me to see and usw IM?

I did it but I still can't see it :( Has it anything to do with Windows 7 ?

no but did it ever work for you it could be what browser you use and how your firewall is setup
