How do can you actually pend clubs?

When you create a club it is automatically categorized to ‘pending clubs’ section. Once it has enough fans and contribution it is recategorized to ‘official clubs’ section.

i dont evan know how to make a club!

You don't "pend" clubs.


That just means that those a new spots that are relatively not well known yet, and don't tend to have a lot of activity, so the F4 has them there so people can see them and possibly add them. Sort of like they're advertising new clubs in a not "In-your-face" kind of way.

All new clubs are automatically added to the "Pending Clubs" section.
