Why doesn't ..

Why doesn't my banner upload onto my spot? I made sure its the right size and everything, but it just doesn't work. I can upload the icon though.

Ummm try refreshing the page maybe.. or resigning in. I dunno... mine does that occasionlly but only when my internet is going slow.

If not, this may be an instance of the image upload problem with some antivirus software; banners were for a long time impossible to upload on certain combinations of OS, browser and antivirus software. This happened to me for a long time, as for some reason the combination I had resulted in the antivirus software (Symantec) disabling random forms and elements, including the banner upload. I first had it explained to me more than four years ago.

So if it's still not working for you, you can try to put your antivirus to sleep for the minute it takes you to upload, or you can use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of any page to report it as a bug.
