"Well that seems to be everything. I hope I helped enough." Victoria said after we unloaded the last of the boxes.
"Oh, you were very much of help." My mom replied.
"Well it was nice meeting both of you...but I should be getting home-"
"Would you like to stay for dinner?" She interupted her in mid-sentence.
"I would love too, but unforinutly i cant. You see my brother has a Baseball game tonight and I already told him and my parents that I would be their."
"Well, dont be too shy and stop by again." My mom was either desperate for attention or hoping, for some odd reason, that me and Victoria would become friends and I would fit into this town.
"Dont worry, I will be over again sometime soon. And I will be sure to bring my brother so both of you can meet him." She said starting to walk out the door.
"Bye!" My mom called after her and then nudged me in the side with her elbow.
"uh...Bye." I said probably too quiet for her to hear.
To me, Victoria seemed too happy. Like on those reality TV shows, where the pretty girl is this big popular prep, but they hold a dark secret that nobody knows about except the viewers. I'm sure behind her glowing smile is a secret... just waiting to be revealed.

Rachel stroke her fingers through her hair. “Oh my God. What have I done?” she mumbled agitated. “Think, Rachel, think” She looked around. Then she grabbed Gabe’s feet and dragged him to the farthest corner.
She ran to the stairs and went to the kitchen where she searched the drawers for matches. In her panic she forgot she had been living here for about twenty years and the matches lay in the second drawer next to the cupboard underneath the sink ever since. She pulled it open and grabbed the matches. Then she opened the fridge and took out a bottle of Malt Whisky. She ran back downstairs to the body. She opened the bottle of Malt and poured its content over the body. Then she stroke a match and let it fall down and watch how Gabe went up into flames.
As she watched him burn a sudden agony fulfilled her body and she dropped the bottle. She fell down on her knees and felt her body contracting and convulsing while she screamed.
