No, of course not. I was devastated when they killed him off, he and Stewie are what make the show so great. Although I don't care for Quagmire's character change and how he's always so hostile towards Brian. It's just not funny, and I really would like for it to stop, even if that means killing off Quagmire. Let's face it he's a jerk, he's just not funny anymore.
