In my opinion, my answer is no. Count the dragons once more: 10,000 dragons. 10,000 dragons plus stopping Zeref will be impossible. The Eclipse has been collecting power for just 7 years, yet 400 years back do not harmonize. Collect 7 years of Dragon Slayer, Lightning, Ice, etc. power from wizards isn't enough. When I saw 7 dragons, it caused enough trouble for Fairy Tail, Lamia Scale, Sabertooth, Mermaid Heel, Blue Pegasuses, Quarto Puppies, and any wizard guild I might have missed.
