Mirajane and Kagura, who would win in a fight???

Take these settings into account before you answer:
1) It takes place in the GMG Arena
2) They are NOT allowed outside or under the arena or in the stands (you'd be surprised how many situations could turn around if there was more room)
3) They are both in a clear state of mind (no raging or mixed emotions)
4) Archenemy being unsheathed is not barred
5) Despite not seeing much of its abilities, Satan Soul Sitri is not barred.
6) Satan Soul Halphas (from the filler) is not barred.
7) No time limit, the match goes on until someone dies.

Who do you think would die first or do you think it would be a tie? I personally believe Mirajane would win, mainly because of Satan Soul Halphas however if Mirajane runs out of magic power first kagura will win because of her swordsmanship. Also we didn't see the full extent of Archenemy's power undrawn so it could be a game changer...
