Or are you asking why do dragon slayers have motion sickness? If its that then, as of now, it is unknown but the only thing we can guess is that it is associated with Dragon slaying magic, the theory going on that since the dragon slayer's past are so vague maybe they come from the past (while i think its unlikely), but if we follow that theory then we can say they are from the past and thier bodies aren't used to more modern locomotives, this would be true but laxus says he has motion sickness too, so we know it might not be because of a time thing, and the only thing common to them is DS magic either taught by dragon or lacryma induced. So i'd say for now, they have motion sickness because of the magic, probably one of the cons.
