Very unfair question. but. Kagura's gravity magic vs Bluenote stinger's gravity magic????

I guess that Bluenote Stinger will win,because it was said by either Lahar or Doranbolt that Bluenote Stinger defeated the Blue Dragon or something all by himself. Although I'm pretty sure that it was the Blue Dragon that he was talking about...but I'll still check to make sure, since now that I rethink about Bluenote defeating a Blue Dragon isn't really possible because the dragons already went missing 7 years before the present time.
