Anyone else have reservations about Second Origin?

What is Second Origin? A portion of the magic container usually unused and possessed by all wizards, and by making this portion of the container avialable, wizards obtain a big increase in magic power as the reserve tank adds to the normal tank. We also know that magic power is increased normally through ardous and severe training and also absorption of etherano from the atmosphere, as shown when natsu after an entire day of rigorous training both on his physical and magical aspects said he felt his magic power increasing a little, and also by lucy when she was trying to ise some sort of yoga to absorb etherano from the atmosphere. Lets take the container as C, and the normally used portion as C1 and second origin as C2. when magic power is increased the normal way, the container limit would increase to accomodate increase in magic power, meaning both C1 and C2 increase but only C1 is normally used. But now Team Natsu + Juvia and wendy and Levy activated C2, to make make their magic power higher so they now have C1+C2 as magic power, but the team that went 3 months all increased their container C and are still using only C1. in the fight against sting and rogue, Gajeel was able to match natsu in movements, should this not mean that C1 gajeel is = C1+C2 ne atsu, meaning if gajeel activated second origin, he would be much more powerful than natsu, the same can be said about erza and mira. Another disadvantage is if after the GMG, Team second origin improve, they only improve their C, while the others improve C1 and C2. I think Hiro needs a way to amend this, either by saying second origin can now suddenly be activated by training them everyone becomes equal in using C1+C2 or
Saying the effects of SO is temporary and have Team second origin undergo real training this time or
Have Team second origin undergo training anyways and have every other member of FT to activate SO, this way the whole thing becomes equalized. Whatt do you think?

About guys like Gajeel, Laxus and the rest of them they most likely don't know anything about Second Origin, whic means they trained their bodies reactivity and also their magic (which could explain why Gajeel can keep with Natsu's speed).One aspect of this series we don't mention is the sheer physical abilities of characters. Assuming Gajeel = Natsu, Second Origin'd make him beast (But i dun think he is ever going to activate it). In my opinion Hiro used Second Origin not to make the manga total crap (since it is already on the way of being crap), if it was for his own pleasure, those three months wouldn't be spent on training.

you sure they wouldn't know, master seemed to be sayin it out, second origin made natsu this strong, juvia also said in the naval battle, i unleash the power i got from second origin, so i don't think its much of a secret tbh

That is true, honestly i dont care about second origin. It was just another power-up except this time it maybe permenant. But you bring about a good point, If Gajeel were to activate the Second Origin in theory he would be much stronger than Natsu, like MUCH stronger. But the simple is that Hiro wont do it. Hiro really only did the Second Origin as a gimmick, he likes to cut corners with the wrong characters. Hey this whole tournament is just a cheap, easy, and fast way to become No.1 just to make up for the 7 year time-skip. the fact that C2 comes into play when you have used up C1 just means you can use a larger variety of large magic consuming spells and not have to worry about magic power, not that you use the second tank whenever you want to cast more powerful spells

I get it, you have access to the entire container instead of a portion, i don't think it becomes C1 or C2 any longer when you have second origin, which is why i called it C, the entire container. So he's gonna stick with only team nastu getting the second origin, this could be fine provided no-one else got it, but if they did , then like u said, someone like Gajeel would be much stronger than natsu. About the GMG, this is actually the only way they can prove to be number one, but agree with you it shouldn't have been rushed, maybe we should have seen an arc or two before it, but lol, in the anime there was the zentopia arc. Only other way to prove to be the strongest would have been to go to war with Sabertooth, and i think this is harsher because they would have killed sabertooth, Sabertooth only seem to possess 5 strong wizards, 6 if u include yukino, and we know fairy tail possesses almost 15-20, so the games was like an advantage to sabertooth, especially when it wasn't all about the fight, with things like races, hidden and stuff.

Ultear did not explain it that it was another part of you're magic container.she said it had been recently Discovered that all mages have a second container its not the same container its a complete second

No gajeel would never be as strong as Natsu. the fact is Natsu has not used Second Origin. it has to be activated had he activated it he would have been tired for a while after the fight between sting and Rogue. natsu defeated them with his regular container
