Anyways Juvia because for one, a running theme in fairy tail is lack of expression, they are foolish that they can express their angry nakama feelings to those stronger than them like Jose and Hades but cannot tell someone they like that i like you or love you, i could give an entire list Alzack, bisca(the eventually said this anyway), cana (to gildarts, u are my daddy), gray(to juvia), Erza (to jellal), Elfman, Evergreen, Gajeel, Levy, Jet, Droy, so you get my point, lack of expression is like a running theme but juvia isn't ashamed to say it or scared, and as much as she fawns over gray, her real personality shows when she calmly and analytically makes correct decisions and stuff, like he figured out the zentopia trick, how Simon's magic worked while also protecting gray. She can go from being a fawning girl to a completely different serious and more badass person than erza IMO. Plus aside Mira she's like the most beautiful girl, and have u seen her unison raid with Gray, it is out of this world, plus she and gray's performance was the life of fantasia. And her development was very good, leaving the very first person that ever accepted you whether they are good or bad can be a difficult thing, but she did it. Plus she genuinely loves Gray and when Meldy mentioned she was gonna kill gray her Demon-personality was awesome, even erza was scared of the killing intent (In that mode i'm sure she'd still lose to erza but she'd give erza a very very difficult fight). and Lisanna while getting the worst power from amongst her siblings, she has a very cool personality, and i like that she can calm natsu down whenevr he is in his hot-blooded mood. but she just isn't getting much screen time which i hate as she and nastu only pale in comparism to gray juvia, but they seem better than any other couple and behind them elfman x evergreen. and Mavis, I love mavis her mind is well......MInd blowing. The entire complex calcs she does and how she's attempting to do what no one else has never done, put and organization in the way fairy tail fights, not the usual unplanned and spontaenous fights they do that causes them to take unnecessary damage. Plus i like how she starts crying when something goes wrong and causes makarov to get flustered, or how she wants to pee even if she's a ghost, or her statement that it gets lonely on tenryuu island. I was like WTH, you should be dead and are a ghost lol. Did I mention that Juvia is also funny, especially how she seems to create love rivalries with any girl gray is with.
