You do realize the Imperials are racist as well right? My Argonian was treated bad by some Imperials. Imperials don't care about anyone but themselves, they'd like the Thalmor take over everything, because they are afraid to deal with them. Stormclaoks care about their people, hence "He's alive? I hope that is true, he's an honorable man." But the imperials "He's alive? I hope so, he's a good soldier" See? Too imperials, it's just another dead weapon. But Stormcloakse, that is a dead brother or sister. Stormcloaks are a heck of a lot more honorable and noble.
