Courtney's POV:Friday came quickly and I was all packed for Hawaii.Although I was excited about going,I was a little suspitious about why Bridgette chose Hawaii to go to.I got on my laptop and searched Hawaii."Kahuna's Super Crazy Surf Competition" it read."That's why she wants to go.Oh well."I said to myself.I've never minded surf competitions before.It's just last time I went to Hawaii, I was in a surf competition.I was out in the water,it was a good day and I was going great on the wave.When all of a sudden,I fell off my board and smashed my head against a reef of coral.I ended surfing for a while but started surfing again.And I haven't been in a surfing competition since;I only surf for fun. I finally went to sleep dreaming of tomorrow in Hawaii.The sand between my toes,the sun reflecting off the water,and the perfect wave,just for me.Tomorrow came fast as I woke up at 12:00a.m.I drove down to the airport to go to Hawaii.I didn't see Bridgette at the airport so I got on the plane anyway.Due to I live in Florida, Hawaii is only 3 hours away by plane.Only 5 more minutes till the plane stops in Hawaii.I looked out the window and saw crystal clear water making perfect, beautiful, blue waves.The plane stopped shortly and I got out.I could feel the hot and misty air with bits of sand in it brush up across my tanned face."Courtney!Over here!"a voice called.I turned to where I heard the voice and saw my cousin standing there with her red and orange surfboard.I ran up to her and gave her the biggest hug.Happy-tears rolled down our cheeks and we both smiled at each other.We let go of our hug and whiped away our tears."It is so good to see you again!"Bridgette said."Dito.Now,is there by any chance that you wanted to come to Hawaii because of a surfing contest?"I asked."Yes,and no.I signed you and I into a surfing contest.Is that cool with you?"Bridgette said."Yeah,sure."I said."Courtney,this is Geoff."she said pointing to a guy in a un-buttoned, purple shirt and a cowboy hat."And he likes to party.And this is Duncan,and well,he likes what he hears about you."Bridgette said pointing to a punk with a green mowhawk."Bridgette!Shhhh!!!!Hey,I'm Duncan and you must be the Princess."he said.I shook his hand and smiled."Courtney."I said."What's up man?I'm Geoff."the party boy said."Courtney.Nice to meet ya Geoff."I said shaking his hand.
Duncan's POV:The Princess wasn't too shaby.Nice tanned body, tight, short shorts,with a nice set of legs, perfect, mocha hair, and beautiful onyx eyes;and did I mention,she's got a nice belly button ring?"Nice board."I said."Thanks,I got it at a shck in Destin,Florida."Courtney said."Your welcome Princess."I said grinning.
Courtney's POV:After we ate dinner,we went down to the beach to catch a few waves before the sunset was over."You surf?"I asked Geoff and Duncan."Big time.Me and my buddies used to shred in Aulstrailia all the time."Geoff said."Sadly, I don't know how.Maybe you can show me how Princess?"Duncan said putting his arm around me."I got an extra board right here for ya dude."Geoff said handing him the board.Geoff and Bridgette ran into the warm water flopping onto their surfboards leaving Duncan and I alone.Duncan got down on his stomach laying down on his board."This isn't the most awesome feeling in the world."Duncan said."You get used to it after 11 years.Now,put your hands on the sides of teh board like this."I said showing Duncan."now paddle with you're arms,long and smooth strokes."I said paddling out with him."Go under the first wave.Hold you breath."I said going under.We both came up as I said,"Good,now get ready for the tricky part.Don't hesitate at all,cause if you do,you'll lose your focus and you'll go under.And that is not the best feeling in the world." We both paddled out and as soon as the wave came, we both stood up as Geoff and Bridggette cheered from the shore.Duncan had problems keeping his balance but he stood up,I knew he was smiling, the first wave always makes you smile.The wave came to an end and Duncan and I laughed with joy."That was so much fun!" he said.I giggled as he said,"Thank you Courtney,for teaching me.""Your welcome."I said.We weren't on our boards anymore we were just standing in the water as Geoff and Bridgette were sitting down in the shallow water making out.Duncan put his arm around me and I put my arm around his waist with my head on his shoulder.He soon hugged me and I hugged him back.We looked up at each other and as soon as we were about to kiss,a huge wave came over us and as soon as we both came up, we both died out laughing.The sun went down and the guys went to their room and we went to ours."So what do you think of Duncan?"Bridgette asked as soon as we got into the room."He's cool."I said."Just cool?"she asked."And funny.I like him,he's a good guy and he's got a pretty cool tatoo on his right arm."I said."I'm glad you like him.And I swear,I think I found at least 5 pounds of sand in my bikini bottom."Bridgette said.We both burst out laughing until we went to sleep.
Duncan's POV:"What do you think of Courtney?"Geoff asked me."Amazing!!!!"I said."That's what you said last time about Gwen."he said."I say alot of things."I said.Geoff and I laughed about what I said until we finally went to sleep as I dreamed of Princess and Geoff dreamed of Bridgette.
