Vampire Diaries; Chapter 3
Duncan's Point Of View.
I sighed. I longed to go to , to comfort her, to caress her, but I could not, and so I remained outside, just below her window, watching and listening. I thought of her silky hair and dancing eyes. My mouth filled with the bittersweet taste of longing. The first flush of dawn chased me away, but before I left, I thrust a note beneath her window sash.
I have watched from the shadows;
you are brighter than sunlight.
It might have been more poetic than literal, but he meant it truly; hers was a warmth that would not burn me to ash – though it did seem to have seared its way into my heart.
I knew I acted differently when I was with her. I acted more tough. Like I didn't give a damn about what happened to her. But she was someone I couldn't figure out. Her expressions were mysteries but her smile was genuine.
I slipped into my room and immediately switched on the small stereo and let the loud Metal fill my ears.
Her kiss was still lingering on my lips. The small taste of Deer was still there though.
I laughed to myself and thought.
What the Hell is wrong with you? I thought to myself.
I was getting way over my head. Courtney was Human.. And I was a bloodsucking monster. I threw my fist into the wall and felt no pain.
Duncan's Point Of View.

Courtney:When I was watching TV duncan texted me saying Me and my friend are gonna go shoot hoops and I want you to come and meet him!I texted him asking when?he texted back saying now!So I ran to the park and to the basketball court and met his friend,Mennezino!He told me not to be racist!After they were done Mannezino left but Duncan and I stayed.He took his shirt of and then I hugged him!Then we made-out,again!Then we went to his house and then we talked saying it might be the right time!He was alone for 3 months.So then,we had sex.After it I had to leave I couldn't beleive what I had done!I thought I was a whore!But I knew we had been together for awhile so it was ok!I guess?

Courtney's POV
No! I could'nt live without him in my life! That would be impossible!
"Duncan, if you die, then i will die with you!" i said, close to be screaching.
He slowly shaked his head, and took my hand and warmed it with his warm hands.
"I relly hope Bridgette and Geoff comes back, and we'll be saved. Then i'll never leave you." he said, and i belived him. I knew he told the truth. I just hoped he would'nt follow me into the bathroom, when i needed to pee. That would be kinda embarrasing. . . .
We sat like that for a couple of minutes without a wordpassing our lips.
"Uhm, Duncan?" i said.
"Yeah Princess?"
"Uhm, i'm still freezing a little."
"Would you freeze if i do this?"
No! I could'nt live without him in my life! That would be impossible!
"Duncan, if you die, then i will die with you!" i said, close to be screaching.

After about a few months of trips, blackouts and uncontrollable spazms (just kidding), I have finally gotten the opportunity to come back on fanpop! I have not made any new articles yet, but, (I said but), I have a new idea coming up that will soon be posted!I have read all of your articles and they are fantastic! I am now ready to make my newest article. PEACE!

Duncan and Courtney's faces looked scared
"Courtney,"he father began."
"Yes?she asked.
"You are.."
grounded,He's gonna say grounded. Courtney thought.
"Right,"he said.
huh?
"You should be able to make your own discussion.And,me and your mom think that you can choose whoever.Even if its Duncan."
"YEAH!!!"courtney screamed.
She fell into Duncan's arms.
"So,how did you guys get there?"Courtney's father asks.
Nobody answered that question.

"hello?"

"ok."she hung up the phone.

During the drive,courtney wondered what it would be like without duncan.
She never wanted it to be like that.
