Duncan's POV:

I set there listening to Courtney tell me why i ended our realationship and i still didnt understand. how could i have done something so stupied as to let go of her?

COurtney;s POV:

"but dont worry Duncan, i know u r confused right now so i'll do whatever u need me 2 until u remember again."

Duncan: "i love you"

"you dont remember.....maybe i should leave"

Duncan: "please DONT! i dont want you to leave me alone..."

he looked so scared and confused and hurt and alone (even though his parents were right outside the door)

"okay Duncan i'll stay until visiting hours r over."

and so i did.

nurse: "om sorry but u need to leave now..he needs his rest"

"yes ofcourse." (gets up to leave)

Duncan: (grabs her hand) "please....come back tomorrow as soon as u can"

"i'll come back everyday until you dont want me 2. bye D." (kisses him on the forehead)

as i walked out the door his mom whisperd to me

ducna'd mom: "you know he still loves you"

"he just thinks he does"

duncan's dad: "no...he really does...he was protecting you, u'll c. he will remember and tell you...."

i walked out confused and wondering what tomoroow would bring....

The train makes a soft humming noise. I look up and see a light flickering. I look out the window and see the bright buildings. I sigh and take out my book.
