i tried the kit when it first came out, i read the review rhythm magazine and liked wat i heard well i can say the same when i played the kit definately liked what i heard the bass drum especially. great ingenuity by pdp on this kit which is really based on the kick, theres one mounted tom n its clamped to the crash stand meaning tha no holes n the kick had to be drilled therefore the lowend tones dont suffer from lack of resonance and energy.the two floor toms really connect with the kick well and deliver a wide range of muscular tones with the help of the DW heads tha come with the kit, i loved it and the price is excellent! x
