Chapter One
The Only One

Seashell flew above the clouds of icy rain and the blue sky. Her giant wings flapped once more. She had only just begun this journey around the mountains. Why? She had only just left her mother's nest. Which, her mother had died only a few days ago. Seashell took care of herself and her 500 hundred brothers and only 300 sisters. 200 of them were younger than her. The rest were older. They already left the nest.
The search for food was on. She came to the ocean only a few miles away from the nest and flew down in the deeper ends. She floated down and landed in the water nicely and perfectly. She dived her head under the surface of the water.
Her one amber eye and other icy blue eye spotted a nice little baby whale to feed on. It was traveling alone and lost.
'I'll put it out of its misery and feed my brothers and sisters,' Seashell thought. She was a Water Dragon part Ice Dragon or was it Snow? She couldn't think of that now. She lifted up into the air then came speeding down into the water at sonic boom. She opened her mouth as she hit the water and bit her fangs into the whale's flesh. The whale cried and Seashell kept biting. She shook her head hard to get it to stop whining.
Then as soon as the blood cleared up, Seashell came up about an hour later. The baby whale had finally died. Seashell lifted in the air, clumsy, but fine. She flapped hard and had to keep her head down to keep the whale in her grasp. She flew to the nest. She saw the excitement in her brothers and sisters eyes and snapping. Seashell dropped the baby whale in the nest and flew down next to all of them. One sister sat in the corner. She was light pink with amber eyes.
She clasped her claws together then reopened them. She wasn't just born, she was acting strangely like a newborn. She was only 20 years old(2 years old). Seashell came up to her sister and licked the little one's head.
"What is wrong, Kessiah?" Seashell asked.
The young one looked at her older sister. Pleading eyes showed and her claws folded once more, she spoke, "I see pain and regretting in the future. There is a upcoming battle in four more moons. Against Dragons and..."
"Who?"
"Humans." Kessiah then went to eat, acting like herself once more. Seashell blinked. Her head was spinning, and she felt as if she was going to fall off the mountain and never return. Whatever her sister meant, Seashell was going to stop it. She had to. For her. For her sisters. For the Dragons all over. For the Humans. For her mother..............................
